All orders will be processed for shipping within 5-7 business days (unless you are ordering a custom item).
I ship both domestically and internationally and shipping rates will be applied during checkout.
All items will be shipped via USPS Ground. If you need an item shipped quickly email me at WolfHeartHealing@gmail.com before ordering.
For US orders most items will be delivered within 7-10 business days. International deliveries can take anywhere from 3 weeks or more so please be patient as your item is in transit.
Once your item has been shipped I am no longer responsible for it. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your item has been shipped so keep a look out in your email for it.
I do not accommodate refunds or cancellations and I do not accept returns. All items are final sale as they take time to make. If an item is delivered to you damaged please let me know via email so I can help you with your order.
